Membership Application
If you would like to join The International Guild of Wire Jewelry Artists, Inc., please complete the following form. Membership will begin when payment is received.
If you already have a user id on the message board, please put that in the user name field below, so that the two stay in synch.
PLEASE NOTE: This application form/payment is for guild membership only.
There are additional application processes for those that wish to become juried members and/or those that wish to be included in Jewelry Artist Direct. Follow the appropriate links from the "join the guild" web page.
This form is generated by our CityMax host and we do not have complete control over it. Our apologies for the redundancy of the first 2 fields - we are not able to alter them.
You may need to hit the "tab" key to get the cursor into the first field.
Please remember to check the privacy box agreement at the bottom, or the form will not submit.
After you hit submit, you will see a screen with the values you entered. At the bottom, when you click on continue, it will take you back to this blank form again. Click on one of the menu options in the top right corner or just close the window to get out of this page. (Again, a bug we don't have control over.)
